If you really get deep into that thought and sit with it for a moment it can literally make you feel like you’ve just downed a super caffeinated drink!
Which brings me to my point about an energetic exchange between people, family, friends, and pets! This especially holds true for Empaths.
An Empath are emotionally sensitive individuals that have the power to connect cognitively with others they come in contact with and without even being aware. We can all form cords this way and not even know what is dragging us down.
Number one, this post is for my followers reading who are just getting into the concept of transformation, change, wanting abundance and taking accountability for their actions and future. So in basic terms, those of us who do not know how to set boundaries “energetically” is doing a dis-service to themselves and their growth.
We all need boundaries to protect our own energy, which effects our attitude and mood and can propel us forward if these boundaries are balanced and need to be nurtured daily. We should not adopt a mindset of set it and forget it. No!!
We want to start our days off right and start the day off working through your own body FIRST. So, how do we do this? The answer is, MANY WAYS. Again in simple steps I’ll walk you through and introduce ONLY TWO ways to begin for today.
First step, reviewing your Chakra Energy Centers within your body and second, we can end our night with chanting a prayer of forgiveness known as, Ho’oponopono.
Ho’oponopono is a very Zen concept originating from the Hawaiian ancestry. The word translates more or less into meaning, “cause things to move back in balance” AND “make things right.” It’s an amazing self healing ode to yourself and “energetically” sends off the love to others.
When beginning the chant, we need to think of our intention and the person(s) who we want to involve. Forming these images in your vision and mind, another words setting the intention will guide your energy to serve the intention (people) you want to reach.
I’m so excited for you to learn this prayer and ….. it is really easy.
As a pointer to get settled in your space, think of your thoughts and actions like this snow globe and I wish I thought of this,
as quoted by a few people I follow. Credit to Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul and Lynne McTaggart, “The Intention Experiment.”
Are you ready? Here we go……….
SHARE your deep regrets and say:
“I’m Sorry”
ASK for forgiveness & say, “Please Forgive me”
SHOW gratitude and say, “Thank you”
GIVE love and say, “I love you”
And we repeat this during the forgiveness. Now there are articles out there and information to recommend chanting it 108x, or for 5 minutes etc. Because I believe in the power of numbers and also the privilege of my intuition, I chant it for either what I feel that night or, three minutes or seven minutes. I’ll share the reasons why in a later blog. This is about you and I want to help guide you to a more fulfilling life of gratitude and forgiveness.
