I titled this blog post with the word “Digestive” care, because the oil I want to feature is PEPPERMINT and that is number 1 and great for digestive needs. In a quick re-cap of EO (aka Essential Oil) self-care, here is a short list of my “go-to” oils and for easy to remember remedies! And if you want to purchase from a trusted source, visit my link here after this read:
Diffusion: Add a few drops to a diffuser instead of a candle. Bonus: It has auto-shut off versus a candle you may forget to blow out!?
Massage: Dilute with coconut oil or jojoba oil and use for a relaxing or invigorating massage.

Inhale: Inhale directly from the bottle or add a few drops to a bowl of hot water for respiratory benefits. Smelling natural oil can also alleviate anxiety through our nervous system for instance when flying – easy small bottle to take on-the-go!
Bath Soak: Mix a few drops of essential oil with Epsom salts an aromatic bath experience.
Room Spray: Create a natural air freshener by mixing essential oils, rubbing alcohol & water in a spray bottle.
Skincare: Incorporate essential oils into your skincare routine by adding a drop or two to your moisturizer. (It does matter which oil you use. Frankincense is a good one for face please note.)
DIY Cleaning Products: Make your own natural cleaning solutions by adding essential oils to water and vinegar.
Steam Inhalation: Add a few drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for respiratory relief.
Sleep Aid: Place a few drops of calming essential oils on your pillow or apply on temples of your head mixed with dash of coconut oil.
Remember mostly, you do not need to buy alot, choose one, only one. One is all it takes to try it out and determine if oils are purposeful for you and your sensitive soul.
