My background was heavily involved in creative painting to when I was young to evolving into a sales executive influencing product teams at clothing brands an array of pantone choices to launch. Now I see myself as that draw to color still influences me in my adulthood, now trickling into my holistic wellness path and helping others.
I am beyond grateful and excited to include this offering in my retreats as part of the healing and self empowerment process. I have Dr. Lauren Nappen joining us from Buck County, PA who is a Chiropractor, Cranial Sacral therapist, Ordained Minister and Aura Soma Practitioner to name just a few!
In her 30 years of experience she first started on her spiritual journey through a family tragedy. One of her mentors positioned a choice for her to think about which was:
“Do you want your life defined by struggles and overcoming them, or by loving regardless?”
This question anchored her path, urging her toward unconditional love and forgiveness.
